ACiT Course – Apple Certified iOS Technician

About the Apple Certified iOS Technician ACiT Course
Does your business rely on iOS devices? Do you support iOS devices and need a reliable way to service these in-house if the hardware fails? Do you want to work for Apple Store as a Genius or work for an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP)? If the answer to any of these is “Yes”, you need to take the ACiT course and become Apple Hardware Certified.
Please note that the ACiT certification by itself does not allow a technician to order Apple parts. Apple parts are ordered via the GSX system, which only AASPs and Self-Certified Repair centres have access to. Information on becoming authorised for servicing Apple products can be found at http://www.apple.com/support/programs
The Apple Certified iOS Technician ACiT 7-day course and certification verifies your ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repair of iOS devices, such as the iPhone or iPad. The ACiT certification exams emphasise identifying and resolving common iOS problems and using Apple Service and Support products and practices to effectively repair Apple hardware.
This course encompasses all training required to pass the certification exams associated with becoming an Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT). The course is a mixture of leader-led theory and extensive hands-on practicals, including take-apart sessions with the latest Apple iOS devices.
Both exams are included in the course cost. On passing both you will receive the ACiT Certification directly from Apple.
Prerequisites
Some basic IT knowledge is advisable and some basic knowledge of using an iOS device is preferred.
If you’re in any doubt about your suitability for this Apple certification program, please call our training pros on (+44) 0203 507 1728. We’ll be pleased to discuss your training needs in more detail.
