First Apple Technician Training in Kent

As part of Influential Software’s ongoing expansion, our Maidstone office is now offering the first Apple technician training in Kent. Local Apple techs will now be able to take official Apple courses and gain Apple certifications without travelling to London. And organisations across the South East will have access to the training they need to support their Apple ecosystems.

To start with our Maidstone centre is running the most popular official Apple course, macOS Support Essentials 10.14. Other courses will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Why Take macOS Support Essentials?

Any IT professional who needs to support macOS users will benefit from macOS Support Essentials. This is an entry-level course that teaches the skills for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting macOS. Day one covers installation and configuration, day two dives into usage management, and day three introduces Apple networking. On passing the exam included in the course, delegates will receive the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.
